The most pristine and exquisite place that makes us consider what the smasher of nature would be is the Attabad lake situated in the Gojal region of Hunza valley in Gilgit Baltistan Pakistan.it is the astir magnificent spot for those who are in cherish nature, who want to attain the creep of nature, and who thinks nature is the only finest portal site to internal peace. The length of Attabad Lake is 20.9km and the maximal depth is109m (358ft). Though the lake is the most well-liked area for tourists and no doubt it reflects the real beauty of nature, it has a spine-chilling history too. Its origin is too dreadful that reminding it makes every individual terrified. Attabad once was just a village and was not renowned by the people of Pakistan and the rest of the world but now people from various parts of the world want to visit and explore it due to its magnificent beauty. 

 

It was 4th January 2010 when a massive landslip popped the sides of the profound Hunza valley in the Gilgit Baltistan region of northern Pakistan. The landslide was due to an earthquake that thundered down the mountains and buried the village of Attabad. The whole Attabad was ruined and it took the lives of 20 people and vanished 26 homes straightaway. This incident continues to create a lot of problems for the nearby villages. The water starts increasing day by day, as the water rises it destroys many villages including schools, shops, and houses of the locals. People start cladding a lot of problems cognate to their wellness and nourishment etc. The landslide had dammed the Hunza River and the speedy rising water of the newly formed lake threatened villages both beneath and above the dam. After five months of obstruction of water, the local regime excavated a spillage to monitor the flow over the dam. In August 2010 the spillway was a kickoff to fabricate well, but by that time as many as 25,000 individuals had been affected. People started to depart through boats merely because it was quite hazardous and difficult in winters. The government of Pakistan and China helped people in this critical situation to come out of it. Gratefully the dam held and tunnels were instructed for transportation. Once again the lives of people start running ordinarily. Although it was so tragic who was aware that what was going to occur next. Life was going to be changed and some unexpected thing happens soon. From this disaster, an unexpected attraction eventually rises, which leads to a tourist boom in the area. Suddenly the name “Attabad Lake” emerged and spread all around the world due to its stunning beauty. Attabad Lake is now one of the most dazzling tourist locations in Pakistan visited by thousands of people monthly.

Attabad Lake is not only sparkling in Pakistan but it started to be well known worldwide accordingly visitors visiting Pakistan must want to see this place. Most of the people arrive to enjoy this spectacular landscape. Various activities take place on and around the lake including boating, jet skiing, fishing, and other recreational activities. It’s also the whole place for photography lovers. It’s not probable that people visit such an amazing allotment of nature and do not grasp it. Its beauty attracts people too much that they spend hours and hours taking photo shoots at the lake. Due to its eye-catching view of the lake is serving as an Instagram picture plot as well.  Because of the rise in tourist flow, and increasing enactment of hotels and guesthouses have sprung up around the lake as well as a fistful of campsites. Presumably, the influx of tourism has benefited many of the locals who were affected by the landslide. Who doesn’t want to live as long as probable in such a charming place that they were just dreaming about before? Attabad lake is one of the places that reflect your dream, which makes you feel alive by taking all your worries away, which gives you inner peace, which makes you feel that you are important to yourself, and the most important it makes you realize that only the beauty of nature is real rest of the things are artificial. So, don’t you want to live in the reality among the water, mountains, and the trees? If you want then you will be one of the lucky people to visit the lake. The color of the lake is so unique, which has developed a revealing desire for tourists to survey this deep blue color helping as a prime tour region. The blue color is due to the color reflected by the sky, trees, and mountains encompassing it. The squab White Mountains soared into the blue sky seems that they are uttering about the beauty of this place that God has bestowed to Pakistan.

 The deep blue water is so charming that reflects the entire surrounding and makes the scenario truly incredible. In the centerfold of the lake, we can see devoid treetops that brainwave into what led to the existence of this unconditioned fancy. As the sun rises, the water shines brilliantly which brings desire and felicity to the people’s reflection. Visitors enjoy the sunrise from the window of their rooms. The cool breeze, the melodious voice of birds, and the splash of water impose an individual to stay here as long as possible. The setting sunshine assorted with a deep specter of turquoise turns the body of water into fire, with a shiny contrast of orange. The beauty does not come to an end, as the moonshine brings an Abalone new raze of attainment to the sight. Who doesn’t want to sit beside the lake, holding a cupful of coffee in your hands, and experience how peaceful nature is? If you want if you are a nature lover then you must visit the Lake. As Attabad lake is so splendid in summers but it’s quite alluring in winters too. If you are a daring person then you can delight in moving on the icy lake as well.
