A one-day trip is good enough to cover all the main sites. But it is recommended to at least spend a night in this amazing country.

Montale Tower

Montale Tower, also known as Terza Torre, is the third fortified tower in San Marino. The least visited tower dates back to the 13th century. At times it was an observation tower and a prison as well. The national flag of San Marino is high on the tower. It is not in a castle complex but rather standing alone.

What a great and iconic sight to witness from the site, the surrounding green cliffs, and the rooftops of San Marino. Take cool photos and make memories. It is only 10 mins walk from the Cesta Tower. There is a trail that connects all three of Mount Titano’s towers. You can easily visit all of them in one day.
